We first came across the brand CRWN a couple of years back when we were searching for men’s underwear in nude colors and have been fans of this brand ever since. We don’t know much about the brand and their website does not share a great deal of information but what we do know is that:
Their products are great. They offer a range of briefs, jocks and trunks in a variety of skin-tone colors. Its a simple range, all made in the same fabric which is soft and flexible and offers great support and comfort for all-day, every-day wear. The branding is minimal and understated which we love. Laundry is simple, we run them with our sportswear on a cool/cold cycle and dry them on a delicates setting and have had no issues.
Their products are only available directly from CRWNBody.com, we have never seen any other retailer, physical or online stock CRWN. The products are well priced, starting at $17 for a pair of briefs, which in our opinion, is a bargain for the quality. They often have sales where they offer 3 for $45 which is when we typically stock up.
Everybody in the office loves the products and we have a broad range of skin tones, body shapes and style preferences. It is pretty unanimous around here that these are basics that work for just about every man and it always surprises us that more men do not know about them. One of the guys in the office states that CRWN briefs are the only thing he wears for a few days after a waxing, he claims that a spray of Fur Ingrown Eliminator and CRWN underwear are the secrets of avoiding any rash or ingrown hair issues after shaving or waxing.
They have a commitment to self-acceptance and inclusivity and produce styles that enhance just about every body type. We love that the briefs are not too skimpy, have full rear coverage and a roomy pouch that feels so soft against your skin. The Jock is really flexible and comfortable and the straps don’t cause visible lines under clothing (a pet hate of ours). The trunks and boxer-briefs don’t ride up or bunch around your groin. All the products are available in 5 skin tones plus black and in sizes ranging from Small to 3XL (46-49” waist), we find the products fit true to the size guide.
The packaging is biodegradable with recycled paper boxes and compostable eco-friendly bags. Shipping has always been efficient and fast and we have never had to use their returns or exchange program.
Overall, we love this unique brand and their approach to delivering quality, affordable basics that suit so many skin tones and body types. Nude color underwear is a practical choice that we advocate many more men should try and when you are ready to do so, CRWN is a brand that we think you will love as much as we do.
