I am 5’11” 205lb and wear an X-Large (36-37″ waist), they fit perfectly.

Our favorite is the brief in Cherry Blossom white. It has good rear coverage with a unique rear detailing. The gusset is not too wide and lined with a very soft fabric. The pouch is comfortable and flexible and feels good even when erections happen.
